Paschaline Ani

Paschaline is the Program Director at GEANCO Foundation. She is a Project Management Professional (PMP) with more than eight years of cross-sector experience advancing maternal and child health, strengthening primary healthcare systems, coordinating laparoscopy and orthopaedic surgeries, and delivering STEM education programs across underserved communities in Nigeria.

Currently, she leads strategic operations at The GEANCO Foundation for a network of six primary care clinics, all supported by telehealth-enabled systems and several programs. Her leadership strength and policy-making skills drive significant improvements in clinical operations, enhanced patient outcomes, general operational efficiency, and expanded healthcare access for vulnerable populations in line with the organization’s goals.

With advanced global health and leadership training from Washington State University, Lagos Business School, and the Project Management Institute, she brings a unique blend of healthcare insight and project management expertise. Beyond strategic operations, she is passionate about empowering the next generation of project managers, frequently training and mentoring young professionals in building competence, confidence, and character.

Her work is anchored in a deep commitment to building resilient health systems, advancing women and children’s health, and ensuring that vulnerable communities receive the care, dignity, and opportunities they deserve.
